the off of a 96 gs-t i just dont know how it goes back together.

The first part is a lever for the transmission. I will take a pic later of how it goes on I have mine apart at the moment. The little black plastic piece goes below the A/C compressor it has POP rivets that connect to the side of the subframe. It is a useless part I just took it off and left it off.

Because i took everything out to paint the engine bay

because we were replacing all the parts for the clutch and yea i didnt take picture im hating guessing where everything goes.

That's not a part that comes off unless you tear the transmission apart (excluding the clutch).

With the fuse box holder, you basically just figure out which rotation of the bracket will allow it to line up with the holes provide so you can bolt it down.

I tossed the plastic piece.
