Where do you run your sub wires?

So I installed an aftermarket stereo in my 92 TSi and threw in my two MTX subs with my rocksford fosgate 500 watt mono amp. What I am wondering is whee do you guys run your power cables to your sub? I have mine under the plastic panels below each door but I am having the problem of the inside part of the door getting caught on the panels because they are now too high up with the wires and so it pulls out the bottom clips on the door every time I open it.

i ran them down from the battery and they come up through the "automatic shift cable hole?" i then ran them under the whole center console and under the backseat.

I think I am going to pull mine out and run them under the carpet. It gets really annoying when the inside section of the door pops off everything I open the door. My TSi is currently down anyways because my ECU is at ECMTuning being repaired. I had quite a bit of capacitor leakage and it damages my fuel pump output and my CEL output. I should have my TSi up and running next week :D it has been down for about a month now so I can't wait.

I ran mine (including every other wire going to the rear) under the carpet beside the shiftter on the passenger side then it comes out the middle of the rear seats to the trunk

i ran my power cable next to the passanger side seat under the carpet grounded the amp to a seat belt bolt and ran my rca's and remote wire under the center console and under the rear seat. general rule of thumb is you want to keep your power wire as far away from your rca's as possible so you dont get any kind of interferance. good luck.

I ran my RCA wires under the carpet on the passenger side yesterday. Coulden't get the power cable on the drivers side done before it started to rain. The door closes fine now. Just out of curiosity what kind of boxes does everyone use? I'm working on making my own box because I'm running two 12" MTX Thunder 6000's and the box I have them in takes up all of the space in my hatch. Also what sub setups do you guys have? I'm thinknig of getting a new setup after I pik up my viper 5902 alarm system. I have my two MTX's hooked up to a Rocksford Fosget Mono 500 watt amp. Not sure if they are hooked up the best way possible becauses I wasn't exactly sure how to hook them up :D But they deliver a nice hard hit when I want them to

Run all my wires to the back along the inside door jamb. Take off your panel that lays under the door, and pull off the carpet and you'll see where a lot of wires are already are, and I just ran them in there.
