Where can i get a 3" downpipe that does NOT eliminate the cat?

ok, i found the one that buschur racing makes and was wondering if that gets welded or what since it is a slip fit design...and i noticed that it is $350...right now i have a 3" RSR catback, and a 3" hi flo cat and i need a good downpipe...i would prefer one that would make my exhaust a little louder but is that possible since the 2 resonators that the catback system has??? and also are there any DP's that are fairly inexpensive??

They make long DP's and short DP's (short meaning it does not replace the cat). I just put one of them babies on and it's an amazing piece!
