Downpipes that dont eliminate the cat

I want a good 3 inch downpipe that does not eliminate the cat, the reason for this is because i dont want it to sound horrible without a cat. So are there any downpipes that are 3 inches all the way through but you can still attach a cat? if im not mistaken Apexi makes one but im not for sure. If it helps any, i plan on getting the HKS Drager exhaust

do i really need a cat anyway, iv heard it makes bad noises without one and thats what worrys me but i seee sooooo many ppl without them and they arent complaining, we donvt have emissions here so i dont have to worry bout that....what are the pros and cons of no cat. thanks

I have a Apexi N1 downpipe which is a cat eliminating pipe. Some pros is that it makes your exhaust more free flowing. The turbo spools a little bit quicker due to the less restriction, leading to more power quicker.

Having a cat isn't all that bad. I sort of miss my cat every once in a while because the catless DP actually makes the exhaust smell a little worse than it usually does. I usually get a backdraft of exhaust smell whenever I'm comming to a stop.

As for sound. I think it actually makes the exhaust note a little bit deeper. Nothing really annoying.

i dont have a sense of smell...no joke...so im not worried bout that part of it but you said it actually makes it deeper which is awesome, any other recomondations
