Wheel Sticking, HELP!

After changing the rear brakes with new rotors and pads, i make sure everything is in check and proceed to put the wheel on, before that i make sure the rotor is spining free (well as free as it can on AWD), it is, then put the wheel on and finger tighten the lugs and it is still free, but when i start to tighten the lugs it becomes stuck, any ideas or possible solution, Thanx!

E-brake setup???

you don't have them on absolutely right??


take it back apart and try putting it together with the lugs on but the wheel off so you can see the problem...


AND DONT BUMP YOUR OWN THREADS...or they will be locked and you won't get any help...
next time try posting a pic, or doing a little checking first... I can't magically see your brakes, or see what it causing it to not spin freely... but YOU can.
