Help, back right wheel sticking

my e-brake seems to be sticking or somthing anyone know how to fix this problem. it is only the back right wheel, and after driving I can smell that it has been rubbing up against the rotor. Old pads?

take the caliper off and make sure nothing is seized.

Mine was doing the same, took the rotor/caliper off. Turns out my e-brake cable on that side sticks.

If it isn't the ebrake try removing and regreasing the slide pins for the caliper.
