2G Clutch Pedal sticking right before the end coming back up

My clutch pedal kicks right before coming up. Press all the way down then comes up and right before it reaches the top it kicks. It is delayed.

I thought it was issue with slave and master cylinder since they haven't been replaced. I replaced both of them OEM parts from JNZ.

Also braided steel clutch line. Still having the same issue.
No leaks.

Any thoughts?

Pedal assembly worn out or on its way out maybe. Try describing it in different words.

Pull around on the clutch pedal and see if theres any play. When did it start doing this?

I noticed it a few weeks ago. I don't know what caused it. Just I was driving in town and realized it wasn't coming up as fast and it would kinda kick back.
Seems stiff, there is play when going in though. I can tell the pressure difference.

Just wanted to update. Turned out the Master Cylinder Rod was not adjusted properly.
Just had to loosen lock nut and screw in a few turns, check to make sure slave cylinder could still be pressed in by hand. When the rod was too far in the slave cylinder could not be pressed in by hand so backed out rod on master cylinder just enough until the slave cylinder could pressed in by hand again.
Clutch feels much better and no kick back say very minimal amount at the top, I believe that is supposed to be like that.
