Sticking valve

can someone provide me with a video or link to a how to on fixing a stuck valve on thw 4g63t

Why is the valve sticking?

Bent?
Guide clearance too tight?
Old gas gum up the valve stem?

im hoping its not bent. just gummed up

Pull the follower off

spray some brake clean on the stem.

Place a brass drift on the valve tip

Bounce a hammer on the drift

See if it comes loose...

Repeat a few times....

If it doesnt... pull head.

when i pull the follower off will i have to make any adjustments when i re-install?
