2G What's the pitch thread on this?

This is where the oil comes from for the oil cooler. The far one is stripped to im going to re-tap the threads.
Anyone know the pitch thread? or have any other ideas? If i do re-tap the threads will i have to completely change the oil?

IIRC the size [on the trans] was metric 12 X 1.25
