CNS motors 626-452-1153 ask for Lee. 4g63t tranny and transfer case $395 + shipping. For me shipping was a mere 70 bucks cause I went to pick it up at the roadway terminal.

Some cars are the exception to the rules. I myself have gone through 2 transmissions on this stroker motor I have built within less than 5000 miles. Car launches so hard the front end comes off the ground and slams back down which usually ends up breaking parts inside the transmission. I have yet to pull one apart to see what all breaks. I can tell you though at 400 bucks shipped for a new used tranny I never will open one up either.

We had the car picking up the wheels off the line so we chained the upper strut mount to the lower control arm to prevent suspension travel upward. Load up the chains so they are holding tension. It won't pick them up again.

Good, you can send them to me if you don't want them and I will :D

They go on my curb and dissappear quickly. :thumb:

Are you kidding me? Have you ever diagnosed why they keep breaking? Or do you not care and just throw them out?

I really dont care. To me they are disposable transmissions. I think a guy around the neighborhood brings it to the scrap metal place and gets a pretty penny for them. They never sit on the curb longer than 6 hours. They magically disappear! :p

I'll pay you shipping if you want and you can send them to me. I'll rebuild them and have extras :D

For me to take the time to get it shipped out wouldnt be worth it. Now if you threw 100 bucks on top of the shipping price Id do it.

Good to see you are willing to help someone else in the DSM community, instead of wasting what could be a good transmission.... :thumbdown :thumbdown

Especailly since I would almost bet that they are not "broken," rather they need new syncros, or possibly have a bent shift rail. Oh well, I already have two :thumb:

Blown center diffs, and broken shift rails. Dime a dozen. I make enough money to dispose of them and not wink.

Have you ever tried taking one apart? You may realize transmissions are not as difficult as them seem, as long as you are patient and remember where everything goes.

Honestly, I couldn't care less if you waste your money, but you may learn something :thumb:
