2G What to look for in a 420A GS.

Greetings fellow DSMers. I recently found a clean '98 GS on Craigslist w/ ~64K miles on the odometer:

I am new to the DSM community and wanted to know what to look out for on a 420A-powered Eclipse. Is the owner asking for a reasonable price? How much should I spend? Before you recommend a GS-T or a GSX, there aren't any available in my local area and I prefer the simpler N/A engine as a DD. Thanks guys!

That one is at a car dealer lot. The paint is bad, i mean its really bad. That car needs a paint job and immediate regular maintenance.

At best i would assume it needs a complete maintenance overhaul. Timing belt water pump, clutch etc.

Mileage does not matter in an old car, if anything that car will need more work because no one took care of it
