what to do? help please

ok, so i recently bought a 95 eclipse GS, and truth be told i dont know what engine is in it, whats the diff between a 42oA and a 4G63, and which one do i have? i have poured a sagnificant amount of money into this car, replacing ecu, rack and pinion, rear brakes, valve cover gasket. i know that i want more power but what first? headers and down pipe? turbo in the future, and if so, what kind, and where might i get one? i would also like to get new suspension, any suggestions? i am not too knowlegable when it comes to engine work, but i can usually figure it out, what else am i missing that would help me get more power. i do have over 100k miles and am probably about due for a rebuild but dont know where i would need to go to get that done, i live in the vancouver wa, portland OR area, does anyone know of a place i could go? thanks for your input, its much appreciated
