What should my fuel curve be set at???

I know that when it comes to tuning a dsm, they are all different. I am always having problems getting the tuning right on my Super-AFC. Managing my fuel i have 255Walbro fuel pump, B&M FPR, and 560cc injectors. It seems that i am usually running a little rich at high throttle thus causing a popping in high RPM and a noticible loss of power. I used to have a datalogger, but i accidentally ripped it out and it never worked for me again. I was wondering if anyone has this close to same setup as me and could help me set my LO-throttle and my HI-throttle. I also am running a Big 16g and a Fmic. The temperature also takes in to effect which I am aware of and its currently been around 75 degrees.
