What should be 02 voltage be at idle

I didn't look at your profile, because I'm lazy but there could be a couple of things causing your problem.

p0170 is a CEL indicating maxed out FT's. If you are on the stock injectors is should be a bad front O2. At idle the O2 voltage should bounce around from about 0.20v to around 0.70v.

If you are on larger injectors you could just have a shitty lo-throttle tune.

What are your low throttle settings on the SAFC-II (assuming that's what you use to tune)?

What does your O2 voltage look like at idle?

low throttle setting is lo 4000 -17%

o2 bank 1 went from .12-.78 -1 to 3 % at idle

So the O2 voltage is bouncing back and forth the entire time at idle?

Take a look at your STFT & LTFT and let me know what they are.
