What oil is bestfor use on 91 awd talon?

Anyone recommend oil foe me to use on my talon? Just got my motor and wasnt sure what to use, the motor has 20k on it!!!!

Oil weight 10W-30
Engine capacity 4.1 L
Oil filter capacity 0.4 L
Oil cooler capacity 0.1 L
Total capacity 4.5 L
