What mods should I do first?

Alright, so I finally have the money to upgrade from 420A 5 speed, to a stock TSI awd. Anyways, Im curious as to what mods I should do to it to get it into the mid to high 13's without any serious engine work. My plan is to first get a blow off valve, then a fuel pump, then an intercooler, and finally full 3in exhaust. What do you think? My goal right now is to be able to keep up with my buddies integra. He has a B18c Type R in there and it runs 13.7 with the engine and exhaust work.
