what kind of gas mileage are you getting?

Hi, I'm just curious at what kind of MPG (miles per gallon) or how many miles you are getting per full tank?

please list mods and type of driving

I'm currently getting around 210-230 miles per full tank, i fill my tank with exactly 11 gallons of 92 octane. thats what 20 bucks buy in hawaii.

right now i have just an intake, 2.5 dp and 3in full piping catback

car is just used for transportation, once in a while i would just sample it a few times.

stock gs with only aem air intake get about 250-275 miles per tank. not good compared to some other gs's I read, that stinks, wish I knew how to increase it. I run 89 octane, don't know if that has anything to do with it

what kind of plugs do you use? i put the bosch platinum + 4 in mine and it helped...i know cuz i watch my mpg all the time..try those....also i usually use 91..sometimes 90

i just bought my stock tsi awd last week. i drove it home (about 55 miles) going 80 and it used up a quarter tank. i think that equals to about 15mpg on the fwy

For those of you telling us how many miles you got to a tank, it doesn't tell us ANYTHING. You need to tell us your mileage per gallon, any other information is useless.

I get 18-19 in the city, and about 25 on the highway. I drive hard. 1993 AWD, 14b, 550's.

I got a 91 gsx all stock, i get about 170 to a tank driving about 80 mph on 93 octance, rangning from 65 - 80 mph. What should id o about it?

manual 99 AWD: 200-210 miles/tank. when my clutch was going out n slipping lyke a mofo, i got over 300 miles/tank since i limped the car around n shifted below 3K. sometimes i wish i always had a slipping clutch just to save gas money. esp. in CA :thumbdown too bad i'm always boost happy

Hi new member, I have a 1991 Mitsu Eclipse GSX manual. I get about 210 miles on a tank. Thats if I'm shifting at 3k rpms and up. Haven't gotten the chance to see how well it does when its babied. Suppose I'll try next fill up.

If im driving hard I see 200mpt too.

I have a walboro 255lph fuel pump along with other mods done but thats the only one that effects fuel consumption. In my 91 GST i get about 270 miles to the tank in city and highway driving but mostly city. Then on trips when Im on the highway I can get close to 400 miles to the tank. Itll hover around 385 miles on the highway.

Highway 578 miles 34 mpg
City 459 miles 27 mpg

Of course this is when I want to conserve gas and run my car in 5th for most of time sometimes at like 1600 rpms or less.


Normal

Highway 476 miles 28 mpg
City 391 miles 23 mpg

Pushing It

Highway 323 miles 19 mpg
City 255 miles 15 mpg

It all really depends on how you drive your car.

17 MPG, all city, and tuning it. Once it's tuned, and I'm not beating on it as badly, I'm sure it'll be a little better.

1996 GST I get 32 mpg a little less than 400 miles to a tank...but I drive all expressways and its stick. No mods BTW. Makes me especially with gas at 2.27 for 93 oct.
