I just wanna buy a good set for daily driving only. For the wires I'm leaning towards Denso or NGK but if anyone has tried both, please let me know what's good. For coil I'm not sure but if anyone can give a suggestion would gladly be appreciated.

I'm a firm believer that no coil is better than OEM. The MSD coil is considered an "upgrade" for our engines, but the failures and defectiveness have been documented for decades. I always stuck with the stock coil if possible. Hell one of my cars had the original coil that was produced in 1997 and I ran it until 2022 I believe without a hiccup. I only removed it for a COP setup.

For the ignition cables. There are definitely upgrades available, but for a daily driver anything that functions would be fine. The Granatelli wires have nearly zero resistance and would deliver the strongest spark. Next in line is the Taylor Cable Thundervolt cables. I recall the ones I ran measuring out around 40 ohms of resistance for the shorter ones. Third and fourth place were tied up with the NGK and VMS racing at around 50-60 ohms of resistance. When I measured the stock cables I was reading around 600 ohms of resistance. None of this makes a huge difference for a daily, but I was seeking the strongest spark for every ounce of power when I researched and tested them all.

Thank you for the info. I’ll figure out how much my makes. Originally my car used to be my uncles, it’s a 420a 95 RS. Sat for many years unused and had to do a lot to bring it back to life. Had the thought might as well change new wires once I change my spark plugs. If you say so that stock is the peak then I’ll leave it alone. Although from what my own understanding is too much spark heat the engine too much for a daily driving car?

A month old + post but from my experience
Most oem grade coils hold up really well.
I do like the granatelli coils and cables. I mostly like the coils because they do such a good job on the wires. My current car has one of my spare generics right now and it's getting coil, wires, and new plugs soon to improve the car.
