What happened to Megan downpipes??

I've looked on almost every website there is and everyone seems to be out of stock on 2g AWD Megan 3" downpipes... Why is this?? Punishment is also out of stock... Wtf

I had the same problem. I called Megan and they didn't know when they would have them again. Every site that listed them were also out of stock. I was going to get the Punishment DP, but they were out of stock also and they say that they won't work with a stock O2 housing. I ended up ordering a Speed Daddy one off Ebay. I looks good, but I'm sure that I will have to modify the flange that bolts to my Megan catback. For $100, I'll do what I'll do what I have to do to make it work for now.

Whos with me when i say exhaust shop for the cheap! Straight pipe mandrel bent weld a flange bam, a pipe is a pipe long as it's of proper material and welded correctly.

I run a choped up megan on the otherhand. I put vbands on it.

Haven't had any luck either, a local said he could build me a nice 3" mandrel bent exhaust for a good price. That's going to be the route I take.

The SIM 2g awd downpipe i just checked out looks good. It says 3in but doesnt mention if it tapers to 2.5 to the exhast end,looks like it deletes the cat as well.

I bought a Megan Racing DP 3" for my AWD a month ago to.
It came with everything warranty papers 2decals, even the box had genuine name brand.
How ever it does have MR tag welded on. As previously stated.
The welds on the DP looked very good even one on my FWD Spyder driven for 2 years, no cracks & still looks hella fresh.
Looks like I got mine just in time!!!!

Godspeed and CX Racing turbos have a nice name plate and come in a box with a Genuine name and warranty paperwork (LULZ) as well.

Hell I even bought a SRS Catback Exhaust for an AWD 2G once a few years back....also came in a box with the brand's name on it and included installation instructions and warranty info as well. Didn't make up for the fact that none of the flanges were flat and one of the hangers was completely on the wrong side of the exhaust where it hit the floor pan. To my surprise, the company's customer service was completely unhelpful nor well-versed with the English language.

Point being....don't mistake a fancy printed box and warranty paperwork for actual quality.

Yes they have an option for the evo3 o2 when picking your DP and the fitment is spot on. I think if you have any other exhaust other than an A'pexi you will have to purchase and additional flange that you have to weld to make it fit. I have an apexi catback so everything bolted right up for me
