What happened to Ceddymods 2.0?

Just like the title says, what happened to this project? I know Ceddy went off to the Evo 5/6 world for a while, but 1.2 went live for them back in 2010. Is anyone still working on this for our platform? Granted 1.9 really has just about everything you need to tune, but the added features in 2.0 looked great!

This looked real promising a couple years back, but has been stagnant for a long time now. I'd like to get ECU boost control up and running at the least, has anyone else delved into this, or is it just plain dead? The Evo ECU swap is still a viable option for sure, but I'd like to run the stock ECU. Also since I'll also use this cable/software to tune my Stealth, Link isn't really an option, not to mention the added cost...

How many people are using Ceddymods these days? Am I the only one waiting for this to come out? Perhaps if there is enough support we can get this thing back rolling? I don't know where Ceddy disappeared to, but any insight would be appreciated.

I just recently had my car dyno tuned by Jestr using a Tractix Open-port 2.0 cable, Stock ECU, Glowshift Wideband, EvoScan and ECUFlash.

I'm idling a Re-wired Walbro 190, Aeromotive regulator and 750cc FIC injectors, logging 14.7s all day within 10% STFT.

I'm still running 1.9 on my car. I'm not sure what he's up to. I sent him an e-mail through his website a couple weeks back and I haven't heard back.

I'm almost tempted to switch back to the Evo 8 ecu since they got the 3D SD maps worked out now.

Gotcha, I also wrote on his site in the forums section, but never heard anything back. Did you make a conversion harness for your swap, or just switch the wires? I know it's only like five wires, but I'd prefer not to cut anything. I was thinking of taking the Evo route lately because they have pretty much anything you could ask for, and the ECUs are much more capable.

I've been holding out waiting for 2.0, but I'm thinking it's just not coming. Even the 3/S crowd is advancing steadily, which is saying a lot since 98/99 VR4's make up like 2% of the whole production run. The added cost is also holding me back, not all of us can get Evo ECUs for a steal, though it's looking very reasonable. I saw that Ceddy got map switching (with boost) up and running via a switch for the Evos, does the 8 ECU support that? I think I'm gonna have to bite the bullet and do the swap. I'm not sure what he's been up to. I just swapped pins and soldered wires.

If he doesn't have a DSM anymore, I don't know if we'll see more updates from him. As far as I know, he was the only one working on it.

I'm almost thinking of switching back to the Evo ecu just for the emissions patch.

Ceddy hasn't been on evom in more than a month too.
