I usually do a final pass with a cross-buff.

I plan on polishing them up after i get them all ported, was going to ask what the best way is to polish them up

I hope to have them all done by the end of the week.

Thanks! I finished them off in 320 grit and then polished with some mothers aluminum polish and
a buffing wheel on a dremel 3 times

i have ported a set of yamaha banshee cylinders, a honda trx450 head and now this

it's too nice to be installed now. its a show piece. you could do surgery in there its so clean. i can see my reflection in the ports! and MR. CLEAN! good job. should be worth all the effort. how long have you spent on it?
