Over the weekend when i was home i got the engine and trans in and new axles in.. Productive weekend

New struts to all four corners, too. I took the old ones from a parts car and they just might have been original equipment. When I I removed the top nut the shaft just dropped away under it's own weight! wow.. (backup car, not the zoom car!)

Wanted to share this tool with you guys, it made the job amazingly smooth. I think I finished both rears inside a half hour!

The reviews said the tool comes thrown together and full of metal shavings from the machine process, but if you disassemble it, clean the parts, and grease it properly, it works great. Reviewer was right on both counts-- the thing barely worked at all out of the box, after cleaning and greasing it's pretty terrific. Beats the heck out of those screws with hooks on 'em, and isn't terribly more expensive considering the parts you use it on.

Worked on cleaning up my tune and properly fitted the hood, fenders, and side skirts. Installed my new coolant overflow resorvoir as well. Now I'm currently diagnosing a drivetrain issue.

What are those flared fenders?

Yes by carbonetics. They offer carbon fiber or fiberglass. I got the fiberglass fenders.
