Running a cruising log. Did my first driving logs yesterday with 3rd gear pulls. Seemed good with knock sum 0-2 and smooth timing curves. Only thing was before I did my first pull pull I started logging while cruising in the 2000's semi-warm and got a sh$$load of knock before I went WOT. Sound like phantom knock? I don't believe the ECU pulled timing during this event.

Had some douchebag (I have many other words to use but there not aproperate ) dented and scatched my hood . good thing is, is I'm getting a paint job in a week and a few days but now I'm worried cause once it gets painted I'll be overly Pissed if this happens I lost faith in ppl respecting cars I have sooo many dings and scratches from idiots hitting my car with there doors and had hit and runs happend twice acually to me let's say if I ever see someone hit my car they better run .

I even had not one but 2! Hot chocolates thrown at my car in minus 40 weather last year I had to drive to the car wash and I couldn't see sh*t it was not a fun drive.

An To keep on topic of what I did to my dsm today was get Pissed . Oh and I added a emblem to my interior LOL

drained oil, cleaned intercooler pipes of caked crap from p.o. (long pipe was a bi*** but I figured out a way), pressed new milspec seals into tb, new biss bits, lamped the fogs I get to use now.. I think that is all.

ive historically cut my filters open to see if flakes and other particles were ever caught. theyve been clean so far, so wish my luck on this next one

Cut filter open and checked element... not even a fleck of shiny.

Hogged out OFH even more so the bottom of the top piston seal is just visible. That took a number of hours between the dremel, clean, test, dremel, clean, test. I swore I would never do that again years ago but I'm sick of 80psi by ~3k.
I wonder if my high oil pressure issue was because the piston was binding in the bore.. it never liked to be super smooth, but I would figure 50psi of oil pressure would have coerced it to move. Tried to free it up more.

Spent a little time cleaning up the compressor housing of recently acquired b16g.

Installed my SD AIT and MAP sensors, Ethanol sensors and wired them up to the harness after I got my IC piping back from the welding shop for the bungs needed. Making progress and that feels very good!

they should focus their attention on the ones with the foot-high shopping cart spoilers, 4" muffler on 1.75" exhaust, and blue and purple headlights.

didn't do much today.. too freakin windy, cold, and wet.
Put on j-pipe, torqued OFH bolts.

still need to fix that damn fog light switch..

I know haha ppl are messed sometimes LOL , I have 2 dimmer switches if you need one and I'm switching out my old fog light switch ( stuck in the on position) to a new one it was hard to find LOL how bad is yours?

intercooler (need a few more t-bolt clamps apparently), tb, non cruise cable, maf
cleaned vc, new gaskets (first time since 2009.. man were they done after 3+ removals)
fog lights with new connectors. switch is now push-pull. defrost switch guts are NOT compatible.
new oil
cleaned injectors. pinched a seal before, explains the boost leak

First day driving it after 6 months, and this is what I get. At least I have an excuse to buy new wheels and tires now. So today I got my car put back in my garage.

Hopefully wheels and tires are soon to come.
