Weird stuttering at idle/bad hesitations driving...

Whats up everyone. I just got my car back on the road and its giving me a bit of a problem...

From a cold start the car runs and revs fine until about 10 minutes into the warm-up the temperature guage is reading about halfway from the half-mark and the quarter-mark. As you free rev it at idle, when you initially hit the gas it studders a bit then revs up through the RPM band. If I let i settle back down to idle and proceed to press the gas again, the car will initially studder before revving, almost like it struggles, you can here it cut out. Now, as I am driving the car from a stop, it will studder while taking off in 1st gear...shifting normal saying cruising at 40mph in 3rd or 4th gear (it actually DOESN'T MATTER what gear it is), when I go to pass someone or just to accelerate the car will studder and fall on its face when it reaches 8psi of boost, no matter if the car is set at 10/12/15psi of boost, it will studder when i go to accelerate then start to hesisate and fall on its face in boost.

Something to keep in mind also...
For me to even have this car remotely drive this good I have to have the cam sensor completely advanced as far as it can go. If i retard the cam sensor the slightest bit the car probably wont idle and definately wont let me drive, it will just buck and hesitate bad.

Also, gas mileage is in the crapper..and its 3.20/gallon here...i need help fast, LOL.

Have you done a boost leak test? It really sounds like you have a bad leak somewhere. This would explain the only 8 psi of boost as well as the crappy gas mileage. You can find instructions on making a boost leak tester here : http://vfaq.com/mods/ICtester.html
Test it and fix any leaks you find.
 
no actually I dont think I have a boost leak, it holds 8psi and the actuatoris hooked up directly to a boost source, so I can pretty much eliminate a boost leak cause it builds instantly to 8psi and holds right to the top of the rpmband.
 
You can't eliminate the possibility of a boost leak until you test it. Going by your gauge is not accurate. It should be building more than 8 psi anyway, so do the test.

You said the wastegate actuator is hooked up direclty to a boost source, which would not allow your boost controller to work, which explains why you are only hitting 8psi no matter what. And the studdering upon acceleration is a HUGE sign of a major boost leak. Check it and get back to us.
 
i dont have a boost controller on it.
i have boost leak tested it...not once but quite a few times just to make sure im eliminateing it...the stock actuator is 8psi.
 
re-read the post and stay on topic, this isnt about boost levels.
