I have a 95 eagle talon TSI AWD. background on the issue, it has 148k miles on it, when I bought it the person was trying to do the 1g CAS conversion. I decided to go back to the stock 2g sensors. When I got it was not running because those sensors were not on it. Now that I have put the sensors on it and go to turn it over it makes some weird noises. The link below is to a video of me trying to start it. I was wondering if you could help me to try to figure out what this noise is.
I have gotten the car to start once but it idled at 3k and still made those weird noise, but now I cant even get it to start. There is also some buzzing in the video that I can not seem to figure out what it is either it is coming from the center console area. I checked all the relays and the ECU and all of that was hooked up right, I was told it might be an MPI relay but not sure, any help would be greatly appreciated thanks.

I just put a new battery in it but my alternator pully was sticking a bit so ill post a wtb ad to look for that and a mpi relay. When I rewired the cam and crank angle sensors I made sure the right blue wire went to them but would it matter if the red and black wires were not the right ones where they are just power and ground? Thanks for the help!
