Last night, I was driving home and the clutch decided to go to the floor while i was shifting from 4th to 5th. I was stuck in neutral, and had to pump the clutch a few times by lifting it off the floor with my foot, but it did eventually build pressure again.

My mods (that would effect this...) are ACT 2600 PP + Street disc. OEM TOB, shift fork, a shimmed fulcrum ball, and a stainless clutch line from Master>Slave.

Now however, the clutch will engage fully when the clutch pedal is just a little bit off the floor (1/2" > 1" maybe), and i cant slip it at all to make starts/shifts easier. It also does not change if im making a left turn.....

After searching, ive read it can be anything from the fork, tob, master/slave cylinders, or the adjustment rod.

Im pretty sure its not the clutch adjustment as it just randomly did it one day.

as for the TOB, it could be that, as lately it was randomly (a few times...) making a rattling/grinding sound on startup that went away after a few minutes on cold starts. however, the car doesnt make any weird noises now. no grinding, chatter, squealing, or anything.

The master/slave cylinders are what im hoping for...The slave cylinder looks ok and moves freely, with no leaks and only has 10000 miles on it. The master cyl however, i have no idea how old that is. I took it off of a parts car when i did the spyder swap, and it worked so i just left it alone. Im thinking the master might be bad and didnt hold pressure or something.

Im gonna try and bleed the clutch when the weather permits it, but does anyone feel like giving any input on the problem to help with the diagnosis?

Well, i just bled it and the reservoir was dry...

I checked the firewall for fluid on the inside, and it was completely dry, so i can only assume the slave cyl is leaking. (there were no signs of it leaking though...but it was squeaking) i have lifetime replacement on the slave cylinder anyways...so ill probably just end up replacing it anyways and see what happens.
