My God!!! And I thought the recoil from a .460 Weatherby Magnum was bad! It's amazing one of those people didn't end up with a broken collarbone. I ended up with bruises both times I fired the Weatherby.
I have the exact thing. Mossberg 500. People saying it will hurt if you shoot it a bunch, must not shoot one. It is NOT that bad. I love mine - great for home defense. also very inexpensive.
Not all pistol grip shotguns are stock-less. My pops uses a pistol grip Benelli for shotgun competitions at the Knob Creek machinegun shoot every year in Kentucky.Im not anti gun, nor did I tell him not to get one. I simply told him what it would be good for. If he is planning on one of those things then its the gun for him. I have shot them before and they are fun till the novelty wears off. Then you begin wishing you had a shotgun with a good stock on it. They are useless for anything besides plinking rounds off for fun or close quarters situations.

^ that be the dirty bastage right there.
below you see my babies, a remington 597 with 30rd extended mags (rabbit hunting), my beretta 92fs inox with 15rd mags (carry weapon) and my newest addition a mossberg 500 12ga. shotty with a 18.5" barrell
and of course every mans best friend, SKOAL LONG CUT STRAIGHT! perfect accessory to any shooting sport.
The .40 magazine holds 15+1; the 9mm holds 19+1, so I just need the conversion barrel, 9mm mag, and most people go with a lighter return spring. $170 or so and I can have two guns in one.
The bright side? Just as we were finishing up, a guy came in with two hot chicks and was teaching them to shoot. He had a silenced .22LR pistol. I want one now.

Hmm, Guess I didn't know about this thread either
I'll have to post a few pics, as I didn't take all the pics the same day, and they are a bit outdated...

I'll get some better pictures soon. Have some pretty good video of suppressed shooting if people want to see it.
