So my water pump pulley seized today, so I need to change my water pump, but do I also need to change the pulley?

Unless it was damaged in some way you don't have to change it , meaning you dont have to buying a new one Obviously you will have to unbolt it and swap it onto the new pump (4bolts).
Just watch the way the 2 water pump pulley halves come off so you don't put them back on backwards. BTW, you'll have to remove the timing belt to replace water pump.
