I`m using a evoIII16g on my 420a

where are you guys T`ing your water lines at for such water cooled turbos.....Pics would be a great help.....

side question
I got my trubo used and noticed a small amout of oil blowing out the hot side of the turbo when testing after i connected my oil feed/return lines....I dont have the o2 housing on it or any charge piping as i only ran it to make sure i didnt have any oil leaks, and oil for a few mins.......there isnt any shaft play, but is there a seal inside that could be leaking...would it require a re-build kit to fix this.....

It's not that bad for it. Hahn blocks the water passages in their S16G turbos from the factory. I don't run water lines on my 16G... I do turbo time.

kinda hard to tell but is that water feed line pretty much the #5 line
kinda thought the line was a hot water line for the heater...

It's the return line from the heater core. Calling it a "hot" water line is somewhat misleading as the coolant going to and from the heater core is no warmer than the coolant in other parts of the system. In all cases, it's much cooler than the temperature of the turbo's center housing.
