in a nutshell .. sometimes I am getting boost and other times I am not .... It all started with playing around with my MBC one day .... I had it set for 15 psi and bumped it up to like 20 psi because I am running a huge turbo and was running way rich @ 15 psi .... I hopped in the car ready for a few logs on the DSMLink and pinned it to find no boost whatsoever ... I knew something was wrong so I checked all of the lines from the BC ( from BC to wastegate, from BC to Intake Manifold etc) everything looked fine ... no loose lines ... the very next day on my way to have the problem checked out I was on the highway and all of a sudden I was getting boost ... I had absolutely no problems for the next few days and now boom, nothing again .... its as if my wastegate is just stuck open because even if it was my MBC, I would get at least 15 psi ( 1 bar spring on my tial wastegate ) ...

I'm confused ... if my Wastegate is stuck open I would never get boost period, yet specially on the highway, when letting the car pick up speed slowly, it will build boost 5 ... 10 ... 15 ... perfectly ...

any thoughts guys???

My flapper was stuck open a bit, and I still got boost, would even eventually get up to 15psi (where I set my MBC). After I shimmed the wastegate, didn't have that problem anymore, and Goshdarn, I think I have 300 horses now! :D
