2G Wastegate solenoid

Hey guys I was messing around under the hood of my 97 gsx and a vacuum hose from my maf to the turbo wastegate solenoid was disconnected fired it up and while coming to a stop it bogs then stalls , when I disconnect it no stalling any clues ?

Only thing I can think of is to check that the solenoid is working properly and make sure the vacuum lines are hooked up correctly.

Yea it seems all connected right , will it hurt anything to leave it disconnected ?
