I have a 99 mits eclipse just put a motor in the car and it keeps kicking the p1104 code waste gate solenoid code i put new solenoid on still kicks the code i am using an manual boost control the stock on is just on for the engine light and i am trying to get it to past an emission is there anything i can do to get the light out or any way to test my wiring

Get rid of the mbc. It's probably registering as a leak. Clear the code, get in inspection, re install mbc.

Wiring issue. I've never got that code b4 with or without lines hooked up.
