waste gate/alternator clearence

My PR O2 housing puts the 38mm EWG in the same place, right on the alternator, and it was only after I installed the Fluidyne harmonic damper. My fix was just buying a bigger alternator belt so it dropped it down a bit, out of the way of the wastegate.

I went with the alt relocation. But I do plan on replacing the the manifold down the line. The o2 is pr, mhi 16g, and tial wastegate so the manifold is surely the weak point there. Thanks for the help

Why not get a bigger alternator belt so you can move the alternator down a bit more, below the wastegate? $8 fix or a $175 fix + the install which requires pulling the IM.
Because the solution hadn't crossed my mind untill after I installed the alternator relocation. Also I feel like the relocation my help going through alts in the future

Another solution would be to buy the newer tial wastegate. They are significantly smaller. I bought the punishment racing bundle, with wastegate already attached, and had no issues with fitment. But I also have a fp manifold.
