Wally 400 now I cant get my base fuel pressure down

I just installed a Wallbro 400 in-tank. Now I can not get my base fuel pressure below 60psi. If i adjust my afpr it goes up but will not go below 60psi. Any suggestions? I had a wally 250 with -6 feed, stock return with a Areomotive AFPR and it worked perfect. Now that I switched over to the Wally 400 it does not want to go down. Thoughts?

my thoughts...
1) return line too small? (i have seen others running stock return with high-hp applications)

2) afpr needs the other spring inserted (I really doubt this could be it as it was working fine before the 400)

3) tank siphon connector too small (I was told I need to drill out the instilled siphon connector, though I have not tried that)

4) Your thoughts? Anyone else have this problem after a big fuel pump?

-6 is good for around 600whp I have been told.

I would start with the siphon connector, and continue to rule things out.

#3 was the winner! Drilled the hole out to 1/8" and now i am able to adjust the pressure down. Thanks everyone.

Anything special needed to fit the stock fuel sender housing or is the 400lph drop in?

It was a direct swap from my Wally 255. Just need the wiring connector.
