So using pb blast i got the main nuts off the sending unit and then moved on to the main line fitting and could not break it loose. So again about every 10-15 minutes i sprayed and cleaned the fitting and about an hour later doing that i tried to break the fitting loose again and nothing.
What other options do i have or what has everyone else do to break it loose? Is it possible to replace the entire line and then of course i'd have to do the sending unit. But, what about that main line? Can i pick up a new one and were does it connect? Does it have another fitting on the other end more than likely which will be rusted tight also?
A bit discouraging. I was hoping to get that and the fuel filter in also butm i spent the time today just trying to get the pump off.

Use a 14mm on the SU side and a 3/4 on the other and they are snug fits do the wood and hammer trick as stated by smokem
