Valve spring and Rod identification

I have some parts laying around from some time ago and wonder if anyone can help me identify what I have.
First is a valve springs that I have no idea what the type or make is. It's simply shiny silver and came off of a built head with 274 cams. And second is a set of "Liberty forged H Beam rods" These are 7bolt rods. I have no use for them but are they any good? They come with ARP rod bolts as well. Any information would be appreciated.

Those look like eagle rods in an odd way (end cap)

A month old so I wonder if he found out what they were.
Similar to my Manley H Beam Plus. Mine have ARP 625's though.
