Valve cover vented and catch can.. please advise..

This is not a good set up, please help me in making it optimal..

The pic below is my catch can and the other is of a 3/4 inch airfilter on my valve cover..

Weird the pic keeps posting upside down when I open the file it is right side up.. damn Iphones..

Well that breather filter spits out oil, not a lot but enough to bother me.. the two holes are plugged in the intake and my BOV is rerouted to the throttle body (not seen in pic).. idles fine for the most part but some times lean readings on my wideband and low idle.. Is that the way they should be routed?
