vac leak!!

i have a small vac leak at idle. i only get about -17*. i did a leak test and can hear a really faint leak at 20psi around the tb. once i get the car started i can hear a hissing noise that is alot louder coming from the same area. im starting to run out of ideas. im thinking maybe bad egr or fast idle valve?? the car and engine only have 43k on it if that helps anyone.

I had a small leak at my BISS screw because I never had a cap for it, and it leaked 3 psi when I tested it at 20.
Pressure test it again and spray wherever the hissing is with soapy water and check all the connections on Taboo's site.
