HEY GUYS I NEED MY CAR UP AND RUNNING TON SO PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

this is the deal, today i decided to clean my engine bay, sprayed engine cleaner on all parts except electrical, then started car before rinsing with water, well while i was wiping everything down the towl i was using got caught in the cam gear, so i ran as quick as i could to turn the car off.

Well after i got the cloth out around the cam gear i went to start the car up and it will sputter for a few then quit.

ran a diagnostic and this is what i got

PO340 Camshaft position sensor A
circut (bank one or single sensor)

What does this mean?

I have a 2G. What could that towl have down it just went around the cam gear did not stop the motor, HELP PLEASE!!!!!!!!

If you keep bumping your thread you're gonna get it locked.

That being said, have you ran a compression test? Leakdown test? Boost Leak test? These are necessary tests to give us an idea of what's going on.
 
as stated earler in the post, i have done a complete compression test, etc, the head is now off the car completely, but I do not see any noticable damage......what should i do!!!
