*Urgent Help Needed* Clunk,knock

Hey everyone, Im freaking out now.... I recently filled up my gas with 94 octane...and only an hour I could hear like a clunking sound from my passenger side dash, whats up with that? It only happends during idle and when I started to drive it went away.. Started it up this morning and everything was fine, I drove it for an hour and it came back with a higher idle? Then I drove and it went away agian? Any help is appreciated. thanks alot

My civic did that when I threw a rod bearing, I always thought it was the heat shield ratteling till it just became a clunking noise. hmm.....
