Upper Radiator Hose Pressure

Whenever my car heats up, my upper radiator hose is pressurized and it seems like it's full of air when I squeeze it. Is it normal for air to be trapped there, or should it spit out the air through the reservoir tank?

It should basically spit back up (assuming there is air in the radiator system). There shouldn't be that much to do any harm. But if you're that worried about it then keep squeezing/unsqueezing the pipe, until no more big bubbles find their way to the top. If you see radiator fluid when you open the top of the cap, and the fluid is at the top of the pipe, there should be nothing to worry about.

Just wait til your car cools off and start the car with the cap off until it warms up enough that the coolant starts to overflow out where the cap was and put the cap on. It will spit out most all of the air. Squeezing the hose will suck in air as well as get air out.
