I am having a no-start issue with my 97' TSI AWD with 6-bolt swap.

I recently got it rebuilt and running, drove it for about 100miles.

Driving down the highway my wideband would peg rich at about 50% throttle or more.

It did that for about 15 miles and eventually the car shut off with no power from the engine. At the same time I heard a noise that sounded like a huge boost leak.

I haven't been able to figure out the problem.

I did have a problem with the Coolant temp sensor but now it is wired correctly.

All it will do it turn over but it will not fire.

1.No boost leaks.
2.48lbs of fuel pressure.
3.90psi compression cold across the board. Only about 100miles on rebuild.
4.Has spark to the spark plugs.
5.Timing is still correct.
6.12.7v on battery.
7.ECU hasn't been tested but shows all signs of working properly
8. CAS and 6-bolt swap harness has been replaced.
9. No CEL light.

Any help would be great. As far as I know all the electrical connections are good. I'm not sure where to go from here.

Probably a long shot but check your timing plate and crank angle sensor. the bolt that holds that and the pullies onto the crank came loose a tad on mine and caused the timing plate to eat the sensor which caused my car to die.. doesnt explain running rich tho..

A crank angle sensor should throw a CEL it's still a possibility tho and could the sound you heard were a misfire?
Sometimes the ECU need to complete a duty cycle for a CEL to appear turn the key to ignition leave it like that for a few minutes then turn it off and the back on and check again for codes!?
