No Start Help!

I Just brought a 1996 esi talon turbo, it has a few mods including greddy inercooler system, garret 40trim, and greddy BOV. Its a 420a. Now it cranks but does start. Like all i hear is the crank turning and the exhaust fumes puttering out it does't even sound like it wants to start. Now i'm familiar with all dsm's but there's always someone smarter out there. Plus there could be so many possible problems i just wanted some opinions on what i should do. I just changed the fuel pump, still no start. I have plugs but i didn't get around to changing them yet, what do you suggest? or think my problem is?

Getting pretty impatient and tired of this car already but i love DSM's

well that was helpful but it still didn't start. I put brand new NGK plugs in, new wires, sprayed starter fluid in the combustion chamber, and replaced the fuel pump about two days ago. Also the timing looks correct to me.

still have no clue what it could be. At first i thought it was the starter or battery. so i took a battery out my truck and still no start. i cant tell if itz the starter cause the crank still turns slowly.

Now its possible it could be compression cause when i took the spark plug outta cylinder #2 it had oil on it. Would that be a sign of bad rings? BUT when i put fresh plugs and wires in still nothin.....................

I've tried just about everything check this video out maybe if you listen to it maybe someone can help me or give me some tips.......

The starter you would just hear a minor click.. I havent had a starter go out in one of these yet.. so I remember when I blew up my old engine there wasnt any compression.. which will definitely cause a no start.. but you better pray its not that

Did you check for fuel being pump to the engine? Does the pump prime?

Did you check for spark?

In oyur second post it seems like oyu may have read the link posted on diagnosing, but did you try anything with it? If you're not getting spark or fuel, new plugs/wires and a pump may not help depending on what is causing it.
