Turbosmart boost tee leaking

i have a 96 tsi awd, running 18psi on the FP big t28 with all supporting mods. It is not making as much power as it should be or was 2 months ago. We did a boost leak test and we noticed that the boost tee is leaking air out of a small hole on the side of the boost tee. When we disconnected the boost tee to by-pass it, the system held its pressure. Any ideas?

That small hole isn't the cause of your loss of power. Keep looking.
