Ok so now my car runs and runs good and strong at 12psi stock. I want to upgrade and get rid of all the stock turbo setup and have heard and read so many different things to get for this and that!
I want a streetable but also respectable ride out of it. Ofcourse cost is a big part but i already have a few things laying around. I have a Garrett turbo-TR0759 on the hot side and A/R .48 M10 on the boost side (whatever this may be called) and it has a t3/t4 bolt up. I think it came off a 420a eclipse or is an upgrade for that car but I'm just now getting into DSM's and havent a clue and well, researching it all just leaves me stumped! I need to know what I need to get that wont hurt the wallet too bad and give it a significant increase in power while leaving it streetable as a "daily" driver. Any and all inputs and/or advice will be awesome.:aha:

Yeah but it'll be 2K of madness =P

I vote E316G, handles anything you throw at it, if you start pushing more HP then the 16G can handle, you don't really have a street usable car anymore.

How would that be 2k of madness? That would actually be 4.5 or 5k of madness... by not having boost? That's crazy since our rev limiter is in the 8k range.

Evo's are street cars and come stock with a Evo III 16g. Any turbo 20g and under is very streetable.

4g6391 - I would just get some bigger injectors and run more boost. That turbo can hit 22lbs if you push it and tune it correctly.

ok after the fuel pump, injectors, boost controller, and probably a nice front mount intercooler with bigger piping with throttle body adapter plate, what else would I need to do to tune it properly?

If you stay smaller (680cc or less) you can tune with a SAFC. Bigger than that and you either have to go with DSMLink or throw in an Evo ECU. Like I said earlier a wideband is a necessity

650s with safc or do some nice percision 1000s with link and be sure u have a good pump to compensate for those fuel numbers those injectors will be puttin out...walbro 255s are your friend
