Turbo rebuild fix in out shaft play?

I'm looking into getting a used turbo that need a rebuild. I know the oil seals are bad and it has in and out thrust play on the shaft. Can the in out shaft play be fixed by using a rebuild kit? Do most rebuild kits include thrust parts?

No its a toyota turbo, for my mr2.
