So I've been looking and looking and can't decide what turbo manifold i should get. What do you fellow dsm brothers think I should get?

Depends on how much power you plan on making. I've made 400hp on stock manifold. If I remember correctly there good up to 500hp. But that might be pushing it. Someone correct me if I'm wrong.

It might help to state what turbo and waste gate configuration u want to run. Those are sort of the basics.

Ohh in that case I'd suggest the ssaurochrome VTA manifold. Its vent to air technology releases a random volume of exhaust gas from key points on the manifold directly to the atmosphere.

If.you plan on staying with mits. Style turbos then a fp manifold will be plenty for your goals, all depends on which style of turbo you run such as t3, t4, twinscroll, vband, ect.

The factory mani is good for some pretty high HP numbers. I would just port the stock mani unless you are planning on really crazy HP. In which case, the manifold would be one of your least concerns since you will be purchasing an upgraded clutch, axles, injectors, fuel pump, turbo, etc.

Like stated above, I would list your current turbo set up, along with your goals. I have known quite a few local DSMers to put down some good power via a ported 2g manifold. Again, the answer really is dertermined by your turbo set up first and foremost.
