97 gsx HELP!!!!

My buddy has a 97 gsx 550 cc injectors stock Ecu tdo5 turbo 3 inch exhaust down pipe back and a apex neo.. I have set on the neo the low throttle basically maxed out at +50 clear through the power band 1000rpm-6krpm and the high throttle 60% is mid 20s and still under full throttle hitting 14lbs boost it leans out way past what the wideband can read...

Slowly giving it throttle it will go rich sputter then lean out again. While going constant speed 40mph or even 60 mph constant the wideband will jump all over from 13.3 clear to 17 and back and forth. Sitting at idle it will also jump all over from 12.1 rich to 16.9 lean. One second the car runs decent besides the sputtering while under wot. At lower rpms it'll sputter mid range rpm it will smooth out then 5k and beyond it leans out..

Then another issue some times it will idle good.. then again sometimes it'll idle like it's been cammed... it lopes really bad... I'm completely confused on what's going on can anyone chime in on a little help?

I know, but if I don't add fuel it's lean the second it's started and barely runs. I'm sure their 550s I even tried with stock injectors and got no where with those either that's why I don't understand what's going on. Without the neo plugged in it will barely even idle on its own
 
Can anyone chime in? Or is there anyone around DES Moines iowa that would be willing to take a look at it as a fresh pair of eyes
 
Is it just saying it is lean (bad o2 sensor?) or is it actually lean?

Put the stock injectors back in, fix whatever is making it hardly run, put bigger injectors back in and tune.
 
I had the stocks in and it still ran like shit, I switched out the maf for another one and it ran the same I hooked a computer up to it and it didn't throw any codes then last night I hooked a computer back up to it once again after driving it for 15-20 mins and finally found a code of p0443 and p0403 so I ordered a egr today hoping that will fix the issue

A code doesn't mean a piece is bad. Once you got the code test the part and the circuit. Egr code is likely for the solenoid not for the egr valve itself. Codes could also indicate bad ecu but since you tried two we can set that aside for now.
