Turbo Coolant Lines

My car was once built to hold over 400hp but was put back to stock when I bought the car. I have found out that the person did not put the coolant hoses for the turbo back on. I found the one hose and it is blocked off but I need to know where to find the other line.

if he has a Garret Hybrid they dont use the water lines they are ONLY oil cooled

I have the water cooler lines going around the turbo, I should try to find out what type of turbo this is and get back to you.

If you found one line the other line is within 3 inches of it.
If you found the top line the lower is right under it probably with a black cap on it since your saying their capped off or if you found the lower one it's right above that one.
