Turbo coolant line question

This may be a stupid question and may be confusing but does the turbo coolant line go in front of or behind the other line that runs across the front of block?

The turbo coolet lines are the lines that use the two bigger banjo bolts one is on top the other on the back(moto side).If you are talking about 14b

yeah it is the line that goes to the front of the turbo and I will check what that other line is when I get home but I want to say it goes to the oil filter housing.

I have a 95 gst with 6 bolt swap but I just put the line how I wanted but thanks.
